Certified Organic. 100% Malvasia Istriana from marl and sandstone of Brazzano di Cormons, in the Gorizia province, along the Slovenian border. 80-year-old vines. Hand-picked whole berries, gently pressed in stainless steel, where it remains for an additional 12 months, post-fermentation. Lightly filtered. Mildly aromatic, marked by very gentle chamomile notes. Acidic yet delicate -- a perfect example of balance. 250 cases produced.
