Franck Balthazar "Perjak" Vine de France Blanc NV 750ml

A blend of Roussanne from his micro-cuvée in Saint-Péray in Northern Rhône and a Jacquère produced on the slopes of Apremont in Savoie that Frank took over from domaine Dominique Belluard The wine is made in his winery in Cornas.  The grapes are harvested by hand, with spontaneous fermentation in a stainless-steel tank and aged for 8 months and unfiltered. Tasting Notes: Pulpy and aromatic white with a bouquet of yellow fruits and lemon, carried by a fine acidity.
