Bonnet Cotton Brouilly 2022 750ml

The Brouilly comes from family holdings just outside of Odénas, at lower elevation than the Côte de Brouilly; from two vineyards: Bonnèges and Les Mines. The soils are granitic silty for in the first and granitic in the latter. Generally, the Brouilly tends to be a bit lighter and fresher in style. Vinified semi-carbonic in large cement tanks with whole clusters, then aged in large old foudre for eight months. Unfined, unfiltered. No SO2 added.
