Blend of Mourvèdre and Grenache, whole-cluster pressed, stainless steel fermented, indigenous primary and secondary fermentations, racked clean and aged in neutral French oak barrels for four months. Pale translucent pink in the glass, the Timplace Rosé opens with aromas of strawberry and lime blossom. The palate gives way to fresh rhubarb, strawberry and thyme, with a distant hint of a deeper colored berry. The finish is dry and crisp.
