Description

White and red grapes are harvested together, this is a real complantaon wine. The vines are 60 to 80 years old. The grapes are foot‐trodden in open tanks, the follows a long maceraon (3 to 4 months) and fermentaon (6 months), with a as lile intervenon as possible. Half of the grapes are not de‐stemmed. only natural yeasts are used. Then the wine stays one more year in stainless steel and some 2 more years in boles before being released on the market.
