Personality: Beautiful dry-style Gewurztraminer – all the flowers & spices without the heavy mouthfeel, this one is all about fresh acidity. Perfect with Asian food.

Making of: Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented with indigenous yeast and zero sulfur in big wooden vats. Bottled with light filtration and zero addition of sulfur (12ppm in total).
