24% French Colombard, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 18% Clairette, 18% Riesling.  Each grape variety was fermented separately. Fermentation took place in a combination of stainless steel tanks and old wood barrel. Natural yeast fermentation. Occupies a delicious spot somewhere between (unoaked) California Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc in its profile. Bright fruit like just-ripe pineapple and white pwach sit alongside crisp green apple and Bosc pear on the nose. The palate is generous and full, belying its sunny origins, but with a fantastic kick of acidity keeping things fresh. One of the best values in California white wine we've come across!
