Vineyard: Konice – Kraví hora (“The Cow Hill” in Czech). Organically farmed by Martin himself
Making of: the grapes are hand-picked, gently crushed by feet and macerated with skins for 6 hours. No added yeast. Fermented and matured in Austrian acacia and Moravian oak barrels. No filtration, no fining. Zero added sulfur.
Personality: Strong terroir, high acidity, spices, energy. The typical taste of Grüner Veltliner from this particular terroir.
