Varieties: the 2021 is 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Viognier
Making of: manual harvest. The blend consists of Pinot noir on skins for 5 days (50%), Carbonic Maceration of Pinot Noir (30%) and Co-fermented Pinot Noir Rosé and Viognier skins, macerated together for 7 days (remaining 20%). Pressed and aged in steel for 9 months. No filtration, no fining and no additives.
Personality: aromatic, lush and pleasant light red.
