Personality: Named after one of the winemaker’s daughters and just as happy-go-lucky. Joyful, fruity rosé with a slight fizz and immense drinkability

Vineyard: Loess, clay. Farmed organically by Jaroslav himself.

Making of: The grapes are handpicked, directly pressed, shortly spontaneously fermented and the wine is then bottled under crowncaps while still fermenting. Zero sulfur added, unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged.
