Personality: A lovely refreshing white wine with notes of flowers, citrus fruit and honeysuckle, with an enticing fresh finish. Easy to finish the bottle in no time!

Vineyard: Loess, clay. Farmed organically by Jaroslav himself.

Making of: The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed and direct-pressed. Fermented spontaneously and aged in old oak barrels (225 / 400 L), until the next harvest. Zero sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered.
