Grapes: 100% Malbec
Vineyard: clay-limestone. Very thin layer of soil ie very little yield (25 hl/ha)
Making of: The grapes are handpicked, de-stemmed, gently crushed and macerated (for a shorter time than other Siguier wines, to make wine with smoother tannins). Fermented with indigenous yeasts and rested in stainless steeel. No filtration, no fining, no sulfur addition.
