This Amigne grew on the slopes of the Vétrozain vineyard, with rich and deep soil. This wine has a special feature: obtaining the "Grand Cru Vétroz" label. The strict specifications were respected, from the vine to the finished wine, which was tasted by a panel of professionals in order to obtain the mention.
On the palate, this Amigne Grand Cru offers a pure concentrate of mandarin peel and fresh flowers, all softened by the 13g/L of residual sugars, and highlighted by an acid frame which gives it a superb balance. Atypical, but certainly worth the detour.
