It has a clean, pure bouquet of blackberry, cracked black pepper and pressed iris. The palate is medium-bodied, with supple, ripe tannin, a smooth texture and a tender but quite intense white-pepper-infused finish. This is a classically-styled Syrah that should drink well for several years.
